Maxi‑Cure™ Extra Thick CA Adhesive
Maxi‑Cure™ Extra Thick is a high‑viscosity cyanoacrylate (CA) adhesive designed for heavy‑duty bonds and filling voids. It’s ideal for bonding materials such as plastics (including Lexan®), fiberglass, hardwood, metal, rubber, and more. When paired with INSTA‑SET™ accelerator, it can be carved and sanded to a finish indistinguishable from the bonded materials.

Directions:

Unscrew the top from the nozzle. Use the extender tip for precise application if needed. Apply the adhesive to one surface, then press parts together and hold for 10‑20 seconds. For larger bonding areas or voids, apply serpentine beads of Maxi‑Cure™ and allow the broadcast of adhesive to spread. Use INSTA‑SET™ accelerator to speed curing of excess adhesive. Full structural strength is achieved in approximately 3 hours. Consider refrigerating to extend shelf life.
