Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Time Estimates

Shipping times vary based on the selected shipping method and destination. Below are estimated delivery times after processing:

Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 2-4 business days
Overnight Shipping (US): 1 business day
International Shipping: 7-21 business days (varies by country)

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most locations in the United States and select international destinations. However, some items may have shipping restrictions due to local laws and regulations.

Note for International Customers: Some countries may impose import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.

7. Address Errors & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

8. Holiday Shipping

During peak holiday seasons, order processing and shipping times may be slightly longer. We recommend placing holiday orders as early as possible to avoid delays.
