For the 1969 racing season, the Dodge brand upped the ante by creating a special aero edition of the Dodge Charger R/T featuring special body modifications. Distinctive with its "nose cone" and 23-inch tall rear wing, the Dodge Charger Daytona won the inaugural race at Talladega that year. Along with the other manufactures, the Dodge Charger Daytona thrilled fans as one of the "Winged Warriors", being the first cat to achieve 200 mph.
The most distinctive of the aero stock cars, the Dodge Charger Daytona won two races in 1969 and another four in 1970. These three Auto World Store Exclusive stock car legends are sure to be a hit on your home racing circuit!
